1. Who you are dealing with

Online Panditji (onlinepanditji.com) is operated by AUM Services, 1111 Richards St, Vancouver, British Columbia V6B 0S3, Canada. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean AUM Services, and "you" means the person using the site. You can reach us any time at support@onlinepanditji.com.

By using onlinepanditji.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What we provide — and what we do not promise

We compute auspicious times (muhurta) and daily almanac (panchang) information using astronomical data and traditional Vedic principles, and we explain the reasoning behind every recommendation.

Online Panditji only provides guidance. The decisions you make — when to marry, when to enter a home, when to start a business, or anything else — remain yours.

Traditions differ. Vedic almanac practice varies between regions and lineages, and a family priest may reasonably reach a different conclusion than we do. We tell you which rules we applied so you can compare.

3. Using the site

You may use Online Panditji for your own personal purposes, and for those of your family and household. Please do not scrape the site, resell or redistribute its results as your own service, attempt to circumvent paid features, or interfere with its operation for other people.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may limit automated or excessive use in order to keep the service available for everyone.

4. Paid plans

Some features are paid. Current plans, prices and what each one includes are shown on our pricing page, which is the authoritative description of what you are buying.

• One-time passes unlock paid features for a fixed period that begins when the payment succeeds. They do not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices are shown before payment in the currency you will be charged in. Taxes are handled as stated at checkout.
• We may change prices for future purchases or renewals. A change never applies to a pass you have already bought, and we will tell you before a subscription renews at a new price.

5. Your data

How we handle your information is described on our privacy page. In short: we ask for as little as possible, and birth details are used to compute the search you asked for rather than kept on file.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Online Panditji accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
